Having Issues Logging Into Android? (2023)

Are you having issues logging into Shipmate using your Android device? This is a known issue, that we are working hard to solve!

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes our Shipmate users. In the meantime, please follow these simple steps to troubleshoot:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Apps

3. Select Shipmate

4. Choose Storage

5. Pick Clear App Data

As an alternative fix, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling Shipmate from the Google Play store.
