How do I reset my password?
On the web:
- Visit https://cruiseline.com/settings/profile
- Login to your account
- Select the Password tab
- Enter your current password and your new password
Within the Shipmate application:
- Select Profile
- Tap on Edit or Edit Profile
- Tap on Reset Password
- You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password
Note: If you’re not getting that reset password email, please search your spam folder and use the search feature in your email client to find our email. Also, please make sure your browser isn’t using a saved/archived password.
If you’re getting a message that the link is invalid or expired, request another password reset email and wait several minutes to receive it. Requesting multiple password resets in a short period of time will cause the links to become invalid.
