Excursions Booking Process
We make booking an excursion through the app as simple as possible. Here's how the process works and what to expect.
- Select the excursion you'd like to book and complete the passenger information.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Review all the details and submit the order.
- Within 24 hours you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with your voucher.
- Many tours are confirmed instantly, but some may require the local tour provider to confirm they have enough space.
- The voucher contains all the details you'll need for your excursion including the meeting location, contact information for the local tour provider, contact information for the tour booking company (should you need to cancel, reschedule, etc.), and additional information to prepare you for the tour.
- If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail in your Inbox check your spam folder, otherwise contact Shipmate support.
- Make sure you print a copy of the voucher and take it with you
