How Do I Access Shipmate on a New Phone
Having trouble logging into Shipmate on your new phone? Follow these steps:
- Download the Shipmate App
- Go to the Shipmate download page on the Google Play Store or App Store and install the app.
- Open the App and Sign In
- Launch the Shipmate app.
- Tap Sign In and enter your existing email address and password.
- Avoid Creating a New Account
- Do not select Create Account if you’re trying to log into an existing account.
- Troubleshooting
- If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password to reset it.
