Having trouble logging into Shipmate on your new phone? Follow these steps:

1. Download the Shipmate App
   • Go to the Shipmate download page on the Google Play Store or App Store and install the app.
2. Open the App and Sign In
   • Launch the Shipmate app.
   • Tap Sign In and enter your existing email address and password.
3. Avoid Creating a New Account
   • Do not select Create Account if you’re trying to log into an existing account.
