Why are some cruise itineraries no longer visible in Roll Call?
🔒 Why can’t I see some people in Roll Call anymore?
What changed?
We’ve introduced new privacy controls that allow members to choose who can see their cruises.
By default, upcoming cruises are now set to Friends Only, instead of being visible to everyone.
Why does Roll Call look different?
Because of these new settings, some cruisers may no longer appear in Roll Call unless they’ve chosen to make their cruise visible.
Nothing has been removed—this is simply a visibility update.
How can I see more people in Roll Call?
To see more cruisers, you can add them as a Shipmate:
- Open the Shipmate app
- Go to your Profile
- Tap Find Shipmates
- Search for their username
- Send a request
Once connected, you may be able to see their cruises (depending on their settings).
What are the privacy options?
You can control who sees your cruises at any time:
- Public – Visible to everyone
- Friends Only (default) – Visible to your Shipmates
- Private – Hidden from everyone
Did my cruises disappear?
No—your cruises have not been deleted.
If something appears missing, it’s likely due to updated privacy settings.
Where can I update my privacy settings?
You can update your visibility preferences anytime in your Profile settings within the Shipmate app.
